Purpose and legal basis
The technical records above arise for the purpose of delivering the site securely and without interruption, on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. E-mail correspondence is processed to respond to your request, under Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of the same law.
Transfers
The association does not sell data obtained through this site, does not use it for marketing and does not share it with third parties. The technical records listed above are created in the systems of the relevant infrastructure providers by the nature of the service; those providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye.
Retention
Retention of server and delivery logs is subject to each provider's own policy. E-mail correspondence is retained for as long as the purpose of the correspondence continues and as required by law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
